Facebook Application & User Data Erasure Policy
Notice: The corporate website at www.v2bb.com is an informational corporate portal and does not collect, capture, or store personal user accounts directly.
Users interacting with software applications, supported platform integrations, or developer services operated by V2BB, LLC may request deletion of personal data associated with those services.
You may request data deletion using either of the following standard methods:
Send an email to support@v2bb.com with the subject line
"User Data Deletion Request". Specify the email address or platform user ID associated with the service. We aim to complete verified requests within 30 days and will provide confirmation when processing is complete.
Method 2: Revocation via Facebook Platform
To revoke permissions and initiate data deletion via Facebook settings:
- Log into your Facebook account and go to Settings & Privacy > Settings.
- Select Apps and Websites in the left navigation menu.
- Find the application operated by V2BB, LLC and click Remove.
- Under View Removed Apps and Websites, select the app and choose Send Request to notify V2BB, LLC to delete your cached account data.
Data Deletion SLA
After a request is verified, applicable personal identifiers and active access tokens are deleted or anonymized unless retention is required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or operational recordkeeping purposes.
